Privacy notice

Last updated 20 August 2026

This notice explains what happens to the personal information you send through this website. It covers the website only.

Who is responsible for your information

Mahindra's Driving School is a fictional business created as a design concept, so this notice is sample content.

What is collected

When you fill in the enquiry form, you are asked for:

  • your name;
  • your phone number;
  • your postcode;
  • your email address, if you choose to give one;
  • where you are up to with learning to drive;
  • whether you have a provisional licence, and any transmission preference;
  • anything else you choose to write in the message box.

Only the name, phone number, postcode and current stage are required. Please do not include health information or any other sensitive detail — it is not needed to arrange a lesson.

Why it is collected

Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange driving lessons. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Your details are not used for marketing, and are not sold or shared for anyone else's marketing.

Who else sees it

  • The form-processing service that delivers the enquiry, which handles the submission on our behalf.
  • The website host, which processes technical request data such as IP addresses in the normal course of serving the site.

Nobody else receives your enquiry.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not lead to lessons are deleted once it is clear they are not going anywhere. Where lessons go ahead, contact details are kept for as long as you are a pupil and for a reasonable period afterwards for ordinary business records.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers to fetch them.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. To do any of that, get in touch using the details below.
